Sketched this last night on my bed via reference on my laptop. This morning I took it into photoshop this morning with the original image directly side-by-side. Its amazing how much of a difference it makes to reposition your reference image; I realized just how much I blew up Gackt's eyes for one thing, and made his face more lean. I also gave him more of a mancleavagy-shirt but that may have been subconsciously intentional.
If anything, it proves just how much any one artist is dispositioned to draw things a certain way. For me, I guess I like big eyes on my characters.
Also I want to learn Japanese so I can tell Gackt that he looks much better without the makeup and airbrushing.
